College Scholarships for Dater High School Seniors
The Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation (CSF) was established in 1918 to financially assist students in the Cincinnati Public Schools system in completing their high school education. College financial assistance was added in the 1920’s. The Dater Foundation’s New Horizons Scholarship Fund grant awarded scholarships to 19 area students, all of whom are were graduates of Dater High School with proven financial need. The schools attended by the Dater 2019 graduates were Defiance College, Mt. St. Joseph University, Ohio State University, Ohio University, the University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University. The average cumulative GPA of the 19 recipients on scholarship in 2018-19 was 3.05.
