Grant Application:
La Soupe chefs and volunteers will use at least 1,200,000 pounds of rescued food to create delicious, healthy meals to share with at least 150 partner agencies across the Greater Cincinnati area who distribute soups and meals to clients experiencing food insecurity. La Soupe will increase its youth outreach by at least 3% in 2022, making youth at least 25% of the total population served. 100% of the clients served come from low-income households; more than 50% of clients identify as BIPOC.

Grant Evaluation Report:
We have continued to stretch operations, working for more food rescued and in turn more food transformed and back out into the community as nutritious meals, each year. We are entering into a building expansion project in 2023 to provide the space for continued growth of all pillars of our mission.
