Kids Club
Our Daily Bread’s Kids Club provides year-round afternoon activities and homework help for kids age 5-12 who live in the Over the Rhine neighborhood. A Dater grant supported operations which made it possible to provide a caring, stable environment to play, learn, craft, do homework and eat a healthy snack. Activities took place until March 2020 when the program was suspended due to Covid-19. The Dater Foundation grant helped fund alternative Kids Club support, including the delivery of weekly bags of groceries, activity packs, workbooks, Lego sets, puzzles, games and holiday presents to kids and their families. Kids Club resumed in-person in May 2021.
