Miniature therapy horses for anti-bullying program

Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Therapy Horses provides mobile therapeutic services to children and adults of all ages through animal assisted activities and visits leading to positive mental, physical and emotional benefits.  The VALOR V.I.P. program is a character-based, anti-bullying program focused on positive reinforcement of strong character.  This presentation was presented for free to local schools as a result of a grant from the Dater Foundation.  Seven Oaks presented VALOR V.I.P. 32 times at 27 different schools in the Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Ross School Districts during the 2017-18 school year.   Students were able to interact with the horses after the presentation and learn similar characteristics between a herd of horses and their friends.  The presentation was seen by over 3,500 third grade students, and an additional 1,200 young students from other grades brought in at the discretion of teachers.
